Candys Beauty Tip of the Day:
To create beautiful Shirley Temple curls that will last all day, no matter what hair type, follow the following steps:
1. Make sure your hair is completely dry & has not been recently washed
2. Spray a curl activator evenly throughout your hair, I suggest TRESemme Curl Activator Spray

3. Take very small sections of hair and roll all the way to root of your hair using Perm Rods

4. Take a blowdryer to your head full of rollers to activate the spray and get the most hold out of the curls
5. Sleep in the rollers overnight
6. Unroll the perm rods from your hair the next morning and "VIOLA"
